		<description>Confirmed.  Twitter changed it&#039;s API and designed so now you have to have an actual Application ID supplied with it&#039;s authentication.  they&#039;ve gone Oauth as well.

I guess it was their way of trying to control spam tweets.   It can still be done with Powershell but the caveat is if you do it, you end up sharing your unique application ID with the rest of us ;)</description>
